CANADA'S CONSTITUTION WAS
CANCELLED ON 13 DEC. 2000:
If the goal of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral
Commission and the Bilderberg Group is to annihilate the constitutions of sovereign nations to replace them with economic
rule, then it should be a matter for concern to all Canadians that in Paul Desmarais's Québec on 13 December 2000, under Premier
Bernard Landry, a fake law was filed into the Revised Statutes of Québec, entitled:
An Act respecting the exercise of the fundamental
rights and prerogatives of the Québec people and the Québec State
Loi sur l'exercice des droits fondamentaux
et des prérogatives du peuple québécois et de l'État du Québec
WE VOTED "NO" -- THEY WON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER
The "people of Québec" didn't do this or call for this.
In fact, we voted "NO" twice in Referendums in 1995 and 1980.
That vote is being simply ignored by the juntas
running the federal and provincial "governments" on orders of Rockefeller via Desmarais, who are nonetheless pursuing
the annihilation of Canada.
They then have the gall to call the vote in the next referendum
they are planning--where they will again force us like sheep into the polling stalls to vote for our own annihilation--"democratic".
If it was "democratic," they would have respected the first two "NOs". But it's NOT democratic, it's criminal fraud
and harassment of the Canadian public to force us into another vote. Another sure sign this is fraud and a public nuisance,
the don't want to hold that vote until THEY can get "winning conditions": i.e., they are exploiting us to destroy ourselves,
they are not seeking the "democratic will" of the people.
Democracy is not the JUNTA forcing the people to do its will; it
is the people seeing their will enacted by responsible government. JUNTAS are not responsible government. They need
to be brought down by QUO WARRANTO.
These Rockefeller juntas need to con Canadians in Quebec
into one last Referendum where they will either force us (like the Soviets) to vote YES to the end of our country, or this
time STEAL ENOUGH BALLOTS to declare a YES, close the borders and prevent a re-count.
The end is already here, it has been done. They are
just waiting and manipulating until they can exploit us one last time for our vote to:
(i) make the break-up LOOK nice and legal
so the UN (another tool of Rockefeller) won't be obliged to sanction this overthrow of Canada by Quebec using Rockefeller
infiltrators from Quebec at both the federal and Quebec levels. Those infiltrators include Jean Chrétien, Paul Martin
and Lucien Bouchard amongst others. And that doesn't mean we don't ALSO have problems with juntas in the other
provinces. IN 1991, both the Progressive Conservative Party and the New Democratic Party adopted party resolutions that
Quebec is free to determine its own future. This is double-talk for treason and sedition: these two parties have pre-approved
the break-up of Canada by generating within our borders a Foreign Power hostile to Canada, in defiance of the Constitution.
Sections 31 and 41 of the Constitution Act, 1867 provide for automatic self-discharge (disqualification) of senators and members
who take:
"... an Oath or makes a Declaration or Acknowledgment of
Allegiance, Obedience, or Adherence to a Foreign Power, or does an Act whereby he becomes a Subject or Citizen, or entitled
to the Rights or Privileges of a Subject or Citizen, of a Foreign Power "
Elected officials bearing allegiance to Rockefeller, the Bilderbergs,
the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and their higher-up invisible bosses are in fact adhering to a
"Foreign Power" outside Canada and are committing sedition and treason by creating another "Foreign
Power" inside Canada to destroy Canada for the benefit of the outside Power. In short, they don't
call it "Power Corporation" for nothing.
Elected officials who take measures to create an independent State
of Quebec in the midst of Canada with intent to destroy Canada are in fact becoming and forcing us to become a Subject
or Citizen of an incipient Foreign Power inside the borders of Canada. And they are forcing us to sign a BLANK CHEQUE
with no conditions or promises on what they WILL do after they get us to vote for our own annihilation.
This is not democracy, this fraud and corruption of the most disgusting
proportions.
(ii) they need to cover up the fact that
Canada has been "officially" ended on paper by criminal fraud and by mutual agreement between the
federal and provincial levels, with this fake law which is in fact a Unilateral Declaration of Independence
with a referendum provision--that's the kicker where WE get to commit suicide so these international criminals get off scott-free
for the job they've done selling us out while taking taxpayers' money for their political paycheques--(Quebec as a province
HAS no authority under the Constitution to declare itself a state);
(iii) Canada is being stolen from Canadians
by those elected and sworn to protect this country, who are consistently criminally perjuring their oaths of office to do
so--money is more important than your oath and your integrity (which the shocking magnitude of the sponsorship scandal only
proves--and which was conducted to PLUNDER the so-called UNITY fund for Canada at a time when these people KNEW they had already
ended Canada on paper by mutual agreement, behind the backs of Canadians);
(iv) foreign nationals including David Rockefeller,
through Quebec's Paul Desmarais and Power Corporation are politically attacking Canada to bring it down. This is modern
warfare: undermining the target state with fake political leaders, fake treaties and accords to suck the assets out
of us, thus bringing us closer to a swift and bloody annexation to the USA: which is being fed those resources
to keep it in top military shape as Rockefeller's "global law enforcer".
In short, Rockefeller's science-fiction horror world of 4
billion people at the mercy of a handful--a couple of hundred of the rich who think they own us all--is becoming
a terrifying reality.
Our only recourse is to stop these people and prosecute
them personally for their crimes against Canada. This is NOT a "civil matter." this is a criminal matter. It
is an economic war to destroy our nation.
They have for decades been creating and pumping up a
fake "national unity" problem along the fault-line of language politics as a pretext to take Canada down. They need
somewhere to crack the egg, and that's along the Quebec borders.
If Quebec did become "sovereign," it wouldn't last long: there
is no room in Rockefeller's one-world agenda for sovereign nations. Militant "separatists" like Jacques
Parizeau are simply lying to university students and others, trying to charm them with the idea that "sovereignty" is for
them to build, their future. This is rubbish. There is no future in soveriegnty according to the Bilderbergs.
Parizeau and his separatist pals, all of whom speak fluent English while trying to fool francophones into refusing to speak
it--only care about money. They want a bigger trough to get their noses into.
Especially one sitting on a trillion-dollar profit-making
water machine otherwise known as James Bay.
Once those tender young oysters in their university beds vote for "sovereignty" at the instigation of Parizeau,
Dumont and Bouchard, and their SPQLIBRE they will be devoured for lunch by these seasoned masters of illusion, as were the oysters in the Walrus and the Carpenter. Quebec sovereignty is nothing but "jabberwocky" to break up Canada because it's easier to swallow the world's largest
nation after Russia if you can first break it up into bite-size morsels:

tools of the CFR, TC and BB--aside from stealing your political posts and cancelling your constitution--are civil war, war,
and coups d'état.
We in Canada are right in the middle of a big one, now.
It has taken them DECADES to pull it off. We didn't know it, because the press--owned by friends of Rockefeller around
the world--have accommodated him by not reporting on the Bilderberg meetings. Such as the Vermont one in 1971 attended
by Pierre Trudeau and Robert Bourassa.
Our major problem at this moment is that the people we elected into
office over the years who have gutted this country for Rockefeller have also appointed our Chief Justices
and our Supreme Court panels of judges. Therefore, if our politicians are really JUNTAS conducting a COUP on Canada,
our Courts--which are also annihilated when the constitution is cancelled--are COUP COURTS responding only to their new lords
and masters. This is all by arrangement.
Activists intent upon cancelling such one-world tools of plunder
as the FTA, NAFTA, FTAA, GATS and MAI, are in fact asking JUDGES IN THE POCKETS OF THE COUP REGIME IN CANADA to please
stop the very program of David Rockefeller that these judges were placed in office to protect. One of those judges is the
Federal Court's Chief Justice Allan Lutfy, former Chrétien advisor and former legal counsel to the Parliamentary Press Gallery.
If your case looks like it might inconvenience Mr. Rockefeller, he will hand-pick Justices ready to cripple your case procedurally,
delay it interminably and throw it out.
We need to get PAST these demons we are fighting, and across the
moat, bring down the drawbridge, and oblige the secret lords and masters hiding behind anonymity to come out and make answer
at law. They need to be charged with economic war crimes, sedition, treason, given a fair hearing, and if found guilty,
made answerable to the rule of law and locked up according to law.
In his French book, Adieu Canada, Hellyer reports that at one of
the top-secret meetings, Rockefeller thanks the press for not blowing the whistle on these groups for over 40 years.

» It requires little if any astuteness to read between these
lines of our self-styled Lords and Masters (Council on Foreign Relations / Trilateral Commission / Bilderberg Group) whose
OPERATIVES have been placed into every high-ranking Canadian federal and provincial government by Power Corp's
PAUL DESMARAIS (Trilateral Board Member) for over fifty years now, while someone above that Council, hiding out in the
stratosphere, has had the money and power to buy the silence of the world's press for half a century while they engineer
this and other state take-overs.
» Quebec is the key to destroying
Canada, and the tail-spin of this wonderful country from sovereign nation into a string of impoverished

The new biography of Trudeau by Max and Monique Nemni draws
this information from Trudeau's own personal papers. This first volume in a coming multi-volume set is entitled
Trudeau, Fils du Québec, Père du Canada.
The book has been translated into English by William Johnson
and published by McLelland and Stewart as Young Trudeau: 1919-1944, Son of Quebec, Father of Canada. The French daily magazine, 24 heures, distributed free in the Montreal subway system, has published a short review, and we insert a scan below

In an Ottawa Citizen article of May 2, 1995
columnist Paul Gessell asked "Why does Desmarais have a direct pipeline into every Prime Minister’s office, regardless
of who occupies that post or what party is in power?"
Desmarais is linked to New York's David Rockefeller, whose Trilateral Commission is a sister-group
of the Bilderbergs and the Council on Foreign Relations. Their highly secretive annual meetings, held since 1954, have
the goal of annihilating the sovereign constitutions of nation-states, to replace democratic self-rule of the people with
feudal economic rule by a self-styled global financial and political elite.
These objectives are confirmed in the book Goodbye Canada (Adieu, Canada
in French) by Paul Hellyer: former Deputy Prime Minister under Pierre Elliott Trudeau, and former Minister of National
Defence.

In other words, the democratic vote is rendered entirely
meaningless by the fact that all our political leaders are groomed and placed in our path to receive our vote by colleagues
of Rockefeller, who isn't even Canadian. And even if he were, it would still be sedition and treason, which are criminal
offences.
For those leaders must then implement NOT the
will of the people who voted them into office, but the program of the Bilderbergs to destroy the country by undermining its
constitution and sovereignty, to merge it and its illegally and arbitrarily detained and kidnapped citizens into the one-world
nationless rule of money in a high-tech feudal empire
where the sole object is to exploit people and the
earth's resources for profit for the few: being Rockefeller, his chosen friends, and his invisible bosses.
This is shadow government. It is the
last phase in colonisation, and if it happens, there will be no return.
It is also interference with civil rights, and actionable.
TRUDEAU: THE CHARMING BILDERBERG
How did Trudeau set Canada on the road to self-destruction?
1. Trudeau's first term of office ran from April
20th, 1968 to June 3rd, 1979. During his FIRST year in office, that is, on 18 December
1968, Trudeau allowed his colleague in Quebec, Premier Jean-Jacques Bertrand to ram a bill through United Kingdom
Parliament changing the "Provincial Parliament" to the "National Assembly" and the "Members of the Provincial Parliament"
to the "Members of the National Assembly". The Queen assented. This created the incipient Foreign Power
of the independent State of Quebec. It also violated sections 17 and 71 of The Constitution Act, 1867, which calls for "One
Parliament" for Canada and a legislature for Québec. It created a SECOND, ILLEGAL PARLIAMENT, cloned a second seat of
power, and set Canada on a self-destruct course by generating the basis for a second warring power inside our borders.
2. In October of 1970, Trudeau called out the War
Measures Act for a handful of mailbox bombers, while pretending to the public that there was an "apprehended insurrection"
and thousands of potential terrorists lurking and ready to take Quebec by force. Members of that era's Trudeau government
leaked to the press that they feared a "PARALLEL GOVERNMENT" was being set up by these terrorists. In fact, it had already
been set up by Trudeau and Bertrand, with help from United Kingdom Parliament: a little "national unity problem" had been
created to break the country into pieces for consumption by Rockefeller.
The War Measures Act created an international
sensation and gave a name and a political identity which it otherwise did not have to a tiny handful of thugs and toughs who
had been allowed to lob bombs into mailboxes for years without any serious action being taken to stop them. In effect,
there's no such thing as "bad publicity" when you're manufacturing a bogus national unity problem to break the country up
as a favour to the Rockefellers.
3. Trudeau then gave us the "sovereignty" referendum
in 1980. He challengedd René Lévesque to call one. It was HIS idea, Trudeau's. That's how he added the kicker
to the "national unity" problem. After all, you can't destroy a country and make it look like the people did
it if you don't give them some apparent "element of choice" while forcing them to commit self-annihilation.
In legal proceedings that are otherwise seriously flawed
(won't be disdcussed here) taken by lawyers Stephen Smith and Brent Tyler for the Equality Party in 1995 (500-05-011275-953)
at Montreal Courthouse in Superior Court, the one thing they got right was the description of these "sovereignty referendums":
"36. Repeated interminable cycles of
constitutional crisis"
That's the Trudeau legacy. Repeated interminable
cycles of constitutional crisis. Did that man have NO JUDGMENT AT ALL? How did he get INTO politics? Oh,
yeah--Desmarais.
Referendums on sovereignty are definitely not for "Peace,
Order and Good Government" [known as POGG in Constitutional law] (Constitution Act, 1867,
section 91, under the heading "Legislative Authority of Parliament of Canada".
Trudeau single-handedly replaced our Constitution
with something else: he called it the <<plébiscite de tous les jours>> -- obliging Canadians to repeatedly
and endlessly VOTE on whether we are sovereign or not. This is ludicrous. It has destabilized us for decades.
It has torn our society apart instead of bringing it together.
More to the point is, if you have to VOTE on whether
you are sovereign or not, that alone proves you're not.
And if they can keep forcing you to vote
until you vote the WAY they want, you are certainly not "sovereign".
4. To complete his legacy, Trudeau ushered
in SEPARATISTS to government, with the following words, recorded in LaPresse
amongst others (I'll translate, and you can visit the following link for the French):
« Well then, there you have it, in this enormously changed country, the events of 15 November
[separatists elected!] oblige us to make a choice. And for myself, I find that not only excellent, I find that practically
thrilling... The premier of Quebec asks us the question: do you want Canada, yes or no?... We must have the courage to ask
ourselves this question... We must not fear either winning or losing the battle... I think we will win. But I have to
accept the game rules... There aren't many countries that would give democratic freedom to a party whose goal
is to destroy that country. »
Here's the French as reported in LaPresse:
« Alors, voilà que dans ce pays énormément changé, les
événements du 15 novembre nous obligent à faire un choix. Et moi je trouve ça non seulement excellent, je trouve ça presque
emballant... Le premier ministre du Québec nous pose la question: voulez-vous du Canada, oui ou non?... Il faut avoir le courage
de se poser la question... Il ne faut pas avoir peur de perdre ou de gagner la bataille... J'ai l'impression qu'on va la gagner.
Mais il faut que j'accepte les règles du jeu...Il n'y en a pas beaucoup de pays qui donneraient la liberté démocratique à
un parti dont le but c'est de détruire ce pays-là. »
It wasn't the Premier of Quebec who asked the question. It was Trudeau. It was Trudeau challenging
Lévesque to call a neverendum. Problem is, they aren't really "interminable" and "never-ending" because like the odds
at the Montreal Casino, the numbers finally catch up with you, and the THUGS who are illegally and arbitrarily detaining office
get "winning conditions" and it's all over. Because they sure as heck won't be calling any more of these highly prized
"democratic" referendums on sovereignty once the borders close: "Wanna go back to Canada?" every dozen years or so.
Oh, no. They "win," they're outa here, Canada's over.
And, if as Trudeau says, there aren't many countries
who would allow enemies of the state to take political office with intent to destroy that country, that's because they're
not STUPID. But apparently, we are here in Canada.
And what about voters who for decades have been conned
into voting for SEPARATISTS to take office in Quebec and in federal Parliament to destroy Canada?The
Constitution Act, 1867 PROHIBITS enemies of the state from taking seats and voting. The seats of ENEMIES
of the state are automatically VACATED for breach of allegiance.
Those words of Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau
that the separatists were here to destroy Canada PROVE that the SEPARATISTS cannot take an oath of allegiance to
Canada, they cannot "bear true allegiance" under the Constitution. The OATH OF ALLEGIANCE is the foundation
for exercising elected office. If you can't take a REAL ONE, you are NOT IN OFFICE.
They should have been booted out, but no. Trudeau WELCOMED them, he welcomed the THRILL
of it all, the GAMBLE was exciting! My question is, if Trudeau so valued this country that he called out WAR MEASURES
on a handful of thugs and made them look like an insurrection when they weren't, how is it that he didn't STOP THE SEPARATISTS
HE HAD CREATED from entering PARLIAMENT to destroy Canada when he knew or should have known they'd have to PERJURE their oaths
of office and allegiance to do so? He made Canada complicit in criminal perjury by letting them in to destroy us, as
if running our country were a game and not a solemn obligation.
This country, therefore, has had NO DULY FORMED GOVERNMENT for DECADES in Quebec and in Canada,
because our Parliament and our Legislature are filled with SEPARATISTS, so that the binding composition of the House required
under the Constitution to FORM a Government that has the moral and legal authority to manage the assets of the state and levy
taxes and sign treaties, DOES NOT EXIST.
This is great; this is poetic justice coming back to haunt the Bilderbergs. THEY controlled Trudeau,
HE gave us the Separatists in office and sovereignty referendums to destroy us: well, they ALSO GAVE US THE CURE FOR THE PROBLEM:
these guys are OUT, we need to THROW THEM OUT, and FAST.
Everything these frauds signed, enacted and sold off to empty out Canada into the pockets
of Rockefeller and his armed AMERICA, while pretending to be government, is NULL AND VOID AB INITIO, including NAFTA,
because it was NOT done by Government.
We had eleven Bloc Québecois in federal "Parliament" in the 34th "Nafta Parliament":
it wasn't a duly formed government. It was NOTHING. NAFTA IS NULL AND VOID, AB INITIO.

No more passport
to enter the United
States
The Canadian passport will no longer be obligatory to cross the
American border. As of 1 January 2008, a simple identity card, much like a drivers' permit, will be
sufficient to enter the land of Uncle Sam.
Since last year, the American Congress had required that solely
the Canadian passport be recognized at US border installations. However, US Ambassador to Canada, David Wilkins, has said he is confident that the Department of Homeland Security
will give its approval to this project.
"This card will be easier to obtain and less expensive," he said.
"The cost of a Canadian passport is around $100."
"In the near future, we may even have an ID card compatible
between the two countries. That could speed up business and the flow of Canadian travellers," concluded
Wilkins.

We note that an ID card "compatible" between Canada
and USA would require dumping Canadian government databases of private citizens' information into the USA.
There is no doubt to anyone watching all this happen in slow-motion
that such a common ID card would contain biometrics, such as Radio-Frenquency ID, to allow for tracking of single human
individuals in a manner similar to that used for tracking single animals in a herd.
This is the end of human freedom, and of dignity. It is the
end of Canada as an independent nation. It is the annexation of Canada to the USA to bolster the American war economy
with our resources, which they need in order to launch a global war machine, because the US is otherwise bankrupt. They
are stealing Canada, and we Canadians are merely sleeping through it.
This is the sale by stealth of Canada to America, under the
table, by members of our own so-called Government for the cost of less than a passport. Canadians never asked for this, those
who know are opposed to it. Canadians who are unaware would most certainly refuse this, but have been kept
unaware by a massive media blackout on the Bilderberg group for decades now since its inception in 1954. The function
of Bilderberg as a world steering committee for the merger of independent nations under a one-world global government
in which no one will have a vote but the rich and the mighty is known to few. The fact that Bilderberg members are
trained, employed by other Bilderbergs, and their election campaigns financed in order to place them at the top of all political
parties with any likelihood of garnering substantial votes, in order to implement not the electors' wishes but those of Bilderberg,
is also known to few thanks to the same media blackout: for the Bilderbergs count among their members the owners of huge media
empires, such as Conrad Black in Canada was.
Conrad Black,
of the Bilderberg group, in an article he wrote for the Council on Foreign Relations entitled "Canada's Continuing Identity Crisis", [74 Foreign Aff. 99 (1995)] has observed that
the United States has much to gain from Canada-US integration should Canada break up following a vote to separate Quebec. Assets
to be acquired would be a virtual doubling of US territory, and the addition to the US balance sheet of enough natural resources
to replace all the US has wasted or spent on its own territory in the past ten decades, and a great deal more.
Not to mention, a small "herd" of some 30 million fairly well educated (and apparently, easily brainwashed) Canadians to
add to their labor force and to draft into their armed forces.

Fogal had to say about the recent news of an intended Radio Frequency ID card for Canadians. Extract from e-mail of 19 January 2006 :
"Let us be very clear! The
radio frequency ID now required in the USA and intended for Canada is a tracking device that will
tell authorities where the holder of this PASS card is at any time. It is a location device. The acronym
PASS card tells all. It is an abbreviation for People Access Security Service.
The US Canada border already has and has had for some time a device that reads
your car's licence information instantly transmitting to the border attendant all your identification the moment you approach
the border guard station. What did you think that flashing light was that snapped a picture of your car before you are allowed
to cross the demarcation line? They do not need a PASS card to do the identification of the person passing through
the border.
Subjecting citizens of democracies to tracking devices is a violation of and tragedy
for freedom."
P.S. We note that if, as Conrad
Black says, Canada has an "identity crisis," it's been carefully manufactured for decades,
and may well be the result of careful Bilderberg steering. The Bilderbergs have held four (4) of their annual meetings
in Canada, and fully THREE of them have been in Quebec, on dates not too far from very sensitive developments in our so-called
little "national unity" crisis.
Does anybody have any information on Belgian terrorist-trainer Georges Schoeters, the man who
somehow discovered the disguntled Quebec students he turned into FLQ terrorists in the 1960's to lead the Quebec separation
movement? It was Prime Minister Trudeau's decision to call out War Measures, and Jean Chrétien's decision to order raids
on thousands of private homes during those war measures, which literally created the Big "S" separatist movement in Quebec.
We find it intriguing that Trudeau delivered a televised statement
proclaiming the War Measures in force on 16 October 1970. By Spring of 1971, he was in attendance at the annual
Bilderberg meeting held just a hop across the border of Quebec in Woodstock, Vermont.
Jean Chrétien also ultimately became a member of Bilderberg, and also ultimately became a Prime Minister
of Canada. We just would like to know (i) who was really running the Prime Minister's
Office in October 1970 during War Measures : Canadians' elected representatives, or the Bilderbergs?;
and (ii) who was Georges Schoeters, where did he come from, who trained him,
and who paid him while he created and trained the FLQ?

The Reference re the Secession of Quebec was issued from the Supreme Court of Canada on 20 August 1998. This so-called non-binding "opinion"
under section 53 of The Supreme Court Act is null, void, ultra vires and rife with manipulation, mis-statements of Canadian constitutional history, fact
and law, and constitutes illegal judicial manipulation of the non-severable Constitution of Canada to forcibly make
Canada severable by a Yes vote in a future referendum.
The Reference did not make a single
mention of the two prior NO's in 1995 and 1980, nor the prospect of a NO in any
future referendum. As far as the Supreme Court was concerned, Secession and the breakup of Canada is a done deal, and
they are attending in advance at Canada's funeral by helping the criminals detaining Canada's government to pull it off.
Canada's High Court also failed to ask the basic legal question: Is "secession" legal and possible in Canada? The Court merely skipped that essential step
in determing FACTS for judicial review by declaring itself on "unilateral secession," which is merely
a variety of secession ["unilateral" is an adjective], while ignoring whether "secession"
itself could even be done.
In order to ignore such fundamental legal questions, the Court in the Secession
Reference pretended that the Constitution is "silent" on separation. It is not
silent, it is eloquent: it forbids TREASON, it forbids Senators and Members from becoming
or doing anything to become subjects or citizens of a "Foreign Power".
A separate Quebec would be such a Foreign Power. A separatist-led
Quebec is an incipient Foreign State within the borders of Canada, and is NOT a Constitutional government. The object
is to burst the country into fragments, trigger a civil war in Montreal, ground zero of future "NO" vote, and thus give
the Bilderbergs et als the excuse they need to send in US troops to permanently quel the disorder by militarily annexing all
the "remains" of Canada to the USA, finishing Canada as an independent nation.
The whole point of Radio Frequency technology (biometrics) in a proposed future common US-Canada ID card
is to DELIVER the Canadian human herd to the Americans for military control by "chipping" us in advance of the Canadian take-down.
Each and every one of us will be locate-able by global positioning systems, and anyone they deem a threat, such as Canadian
patriots and intellectuals, can simply be zeroed in on via biometrics and disposed of.
The Supreme Court of Canada, in the Secession Reference, is not
by a long shot defending the existing nation of Canada, which is its only mandate, but the
future independent State of Quebec, but further, the future CONTINENTAL UNION of the remains
of Canada with Mexico and US.
It is noteworthy that the 1998 Secession panel of judges was made up largely of Mulroney
[free trade and NAFTA] appointees. Mr. Mulroney is infamous, amongst other things, for having once torn up the Canadian
Constitution on public television; while his protégé, Lucien Bouchard, declared that "Canada isn't a real
country". Prime Minister Jean Chrétien, Bilderberg, would also put Canada on the auction block by titling the federal
government's pro-Canada referendum campaign "OPTION Canada". Canada is not an "OPTION," it is a NATION.
Canadian Constitutional law requires that judges protect the "existing"
Constitution.
However, in the Secession Reference, the
Supreme Court of Canada protects a hypothetical future Constitution amended
in some unknown way to permit the separation of Quebec and the destruction of Canada. A hypothetical
future Constitution is not even considered a legal "fact" suitable for judicial review.
The question of whether such a kind of amendment would even
be legal or possible was studiously ignored. The high court of Canada thus put its impermissible judicial rubber stamp
on the gutting of Canada by the removal of about a third of its landmass, and its shattering into balkanized parts suitable
for cannibalization by those illegally and arbitrarily detaining power in America.
What citizen in their right mind would believe that their own Supreme
Court would "vote" in advance to destroy their own country, the homeland of over 30 million.
The Canadian Supreme Court -- in fact ANY court -- may only
deal with adjudicative facts and legislative facts, EXISTING situations, laws and
acts that are capable of being performed. An honest Court -- if it didn't already know, as it should, that
Canada is NOT severable -- would have investigated whether the Constitution can legally even be
amended for secession, because if it can't, then there is no point issuing an opinion on whether secession, "unilateral,"
multilateral, bilateral or otherwise, is DO-able. However, this Court did not.
The bogus Secession opinion was subsequently converted into federal Canadian "law" in the guise of the Clarity
Act, which is a further fraud, an assault on the Constitution and on Canada which presumes to compel
the sheep-pen we have for a Canadian Parliament to negotiate the end of Canada, thus committing
treason against Canada.
The Clarity Act was aggressively advocated by Liberal Intergovernmental
Affairs Minister, Stephane Dion, alleged in Wikipedia to be a "hard-line federalist".
In fact, Mr. Stephane Dion is a hard-line Bilderberg who attended the 1998 Bilderberg meeting in Turnberry
a few months before the Secession opinion was issued. Mr. Dion is and was a
"separatist," along with his other Liberal colleagues, including Prime Minister Jean Chrétien, and Chrétien's
nephew, Raymond A. Chrétien, who joined Stephane Dion (who was also a member of Queen's Privy Council for
Canada) and Preston Manning, then the Leader of Canada's so-called Reform Party, at the 1998 Bilderberg.
According to CBC, Manning is now in the running to be Canada's Ambassador to the US under new Prime Minister Stephen
Harper, also a member of Bilderberg.
The one thing all these people have in common is that they
have infiltrated Canadian government to bring down Canada for those who are planning
to cancel all constitutions and merge the nations under a one-world government: theirs,
not ours.
